Who says bachelors can't eat healthy?  Here is a cheap, easy, AND healthy recipe.

2 cups frozen broccoli (no-name grocery store brand)

1 cup frozen pearl onions (no-name grocery store brand)

1 cup water (no-name tap brand)

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Combine all ingrediants in a microwave safe bowl and heat until hot.  Just like that!

Mix with Minute Rice for a complete meal.
