Dude, there's an easy way to kill two birds with one stone. Did you ever see The Odd Couple? The key is to get yourself an obsessive neat-freak roommate without any wheels. This way, (if you have a car), you can swap out rides in exchange for chores. The bonus is that the guy might even shell out for gas, if he's got rich parents paying his way through school.
